Brad Tulin: Owner
Bradley Glenn Tulin, a seasoned pilot, aviation maintenance expert, and accomplished entrepreneur, epitomizes versatility and leadership in his multifaceted career. With a foundation laid at American Airlines as a Captain, he swiftly ascended through various roles, culminating in his designation as Line Check Airman. Bradley boasts over 11,500 flight hours, encompassing international flights and specialized experience with heavy DC-8 aircraft. His proficiency extends beyond the cockpit, as he has also served as Director of Maintenance at Aviation North, ensuring FAA-certified repair station compliance. Beyond aviation, he demonstrates entrepreneurial prowess, spearheading ventures across diverse industries including real estate, assisted living, and sales. Bradley's expertise extends to business management, evident in his tenure as General Manager and Director of Sales at Byerly Aviation. He embodies a proactive, goal-oriented approach, reflected in his track record of successfully navigating startup phases, fostering growth, and optimizing operations across all endeavors.

Kimberly Dyslin: Office Manager

Kimberly Dyslin, hailing from Clarkdale, AZ, is a dedicated professional eager to transition into aviation maintenance while leveraging her extensive experience in social services. With a Bachelor's in Corrections/Sociology from Minnesota State University-Mankato and over a decade of experience in customer service and clerical roles, she brings a robust skill set to any endeavor. As a Substance Use Program Coordinator at the Yavapai County Sheriff's Office, she adeptly communicated with diverse stakeholders and facilitated therapy sessions, showcasing her strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Her tenure as a Probation Officer honed her abilities in case management and client interaction, earning her recognition as Probation Officer of the Year in December 2019. Kimberly's certifications in CPR/AED and First Aid, along with her proficiency in motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy, underscore her commitment to supporting others' well-being. Ready to embark on a new career path, Kimberly seeks to apply her expertise in communication and management as an office manager in the aviation maintenance field, ensuring a positive experience for colleagues and customers alike.

Chris Fields: Director of Maintenance, A&P/IA

Chris Fields is a seasoned aviation professional with a remarkable career marked by transformative leadership and operational excellence. With a strong foundation built during his service in the United States Marine Corps, where he honed his skills as a helicopter maintenance technician and rose to the rank of Sergeant, Chris has continuously excelled in various roles within the aviation industry. From his early days as a Sheet Metal Apprentice at Addison Sheet Metal to his previous position as Director of Maintenance at AirCARE 1, where he oversaw maintenance operations for a fleet of Learjet Air Ambulance Aircraft across three bases, Chris has consistently demonstrated an unparalleled ability to drive cultural change, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize maintenance processes. His extensive experience includes pivotal roles such as Maintenance Control Manager at Business Air Management, where he supervised technicians, managed workflow, and coordinated maintenance for a diverse fleet of aircraft, and Accountable Manager/Director of Maintenance at Westwind School of Aeronautics/United Aviate Academy, where he transformed a Part 145 repair station into a highly standardized and efficient operation. Chris's comprehensive skill set encompasses areas such as repair station management, aviation safety, team building, and process improvement, making him a trusted leader and a driving force behind the success of every organization he serves.

Matthew Angel: Technician

A first-generation Mexican American, found his passion for aviation maintenance early on. Graduating from Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology in 2018, he swiftly obtained his FAA Airframe & Powerplant Ratings in 2019. Despite his relatively short time in the industry, Matthew has amassed invaluable experience working on a variety of aircraft, including the AS350 B2 & B3, Bell 205 A1, Bell 206 L1 & L3, EC130 B4 & T2, and MD 900. His employment history highlights his dedication and expertise, from Launch Technical Services/Comav to Coastal Helicopters and Papillon Grand Canyon Helicopters. Now, as a proud member of AeroZona Aviation in Sedona, Matthew continues to hone his skills, ensuring the safety of aircraft and passengers alike, while embracing his newfound community with open arms.
